Check it off the bucket (life) list! Machu Picchu, and the massive mountain behind it Huayna Picchu, were breathtaking. The history and sheer possibility of building a stone city hidden within the jungle was mind boggling.

Seeing the complex history and development of Berlin in person was humbling. This was one of the many thought-provoking murals painted on remaining Berlin Wall pieces.

Studying abroad in Australia afforded me one of the best cultural and educational experiences of my life. I was fortunate to travel throughout the country and was especially inspired by this sacred Aboriginal and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
